Management Self Service

The personnel department and HR management can use the Management Self Service tool to manage and follow-up:

Basic employee information: Accurate records of basic employee personal information and contact details. Each employee dossier can be completed with information on job position, professional experience, educational background, etc. All data are historically stored for a convenient overview of your organisation’s evolution.
Organisation structure: Clear overview of your organisation’s structure including the various departments, groups and employee functions.
Payroll administration: Efficient salary calculation. The system automatically adjusts salaries to changes in the index. This is a significant time-saver for your HR staff and guarantees that salary calculations are always accurate.
Expenses: Detailed logging and fast processing of expenses (travel, accommodation or internet costs, business gifts...).
