Coaching and training are crucial to your employees’ professional development. That is why Acerta established a strong, specialised development organisation. BCT Coaching & Training offers coaching and in-company trainings, as well as consultancy in communication, leadership, team development, customer orientation, sales, management and marketing. No superficial standard packages, but purposeful training initiatives aimed at sustainable development. This way, your training investment will yield maximal returns.

Considered approach

Whether you opt for a coaching trajectory or an in-company training for one of your teams, we always start from individual development needs. Rather than supplying a series of standard modules, we first identify your employees’ learning styles. Together with you, we determine the training objectives and plot a goal-oriented training trajectory.
Reflecting is the first, essential step. We help your employees gain a better understanding of their professional behaviour and determine how this behaviour can be attuned to their professional goals. For a thorough analysis, we use tried and tested methods (development center, 360° feedback, MBTI®, …).
 

Hands-on and result-oriented

To ensure that training sessions and coaching initiatives yield optimal results on the work floor, we always opt for a hands-on approach, devoting at least two thirds of the total training time to practical applications. This approach helps employees achieve positive results once the training has been completed.
To measure those results, we use the AIM™ process, developed by the international training institute Acclivus. The process is used to gauge your employees’ progress and to determine to what extent the training objectives have already been met.
 

Integrated

Our trainers and coaches are part of Acerta’s extensive network of HR-specialists. They offer trainings, workshops and personal coaching, as well as consultancy services for a wide range of projects, e.g. performance management, recruitment, or the development of a pay policy.
