Together with Golazo Sports, BCT Coaching & Training are launching Talent Coaching March 25th. Within the context of this concept, five top coaches are available to share their knowledge and experience with the corporate world, motivating employees to be aware of their own power and possibilities. By hooking on to key aspects, Acerta’s professional company coaches translate these inspirational examples into pragmatic training programmes.
Following prior cooperation between Acerta and Golazo Sports, the goal of this initiative is to help companies motivate and challenge their staff in today’s uncertain times.
Wim Vandeven (coach to Eline Berings and Tia Hellebaut among others) Ronald Gaastra (coach to Fred Deburghgraeve and Elise Matthysen among others), Glen De Boeck (coach to Anderlecht football team and Cercle Brugge football team), Paul Van Den Bosch (coach to Luc Van Lierde and Sven Nys among others) and Marc Herremans (coach to Kevin Pauwels and Kevin Strijbos among others) are five names that are unarguably linked to top performances. More than anybody else, they know what makes the differences between performing and performing at top level, what an athlete goes through and how the best results are achieved through team work. Their tactics are not only crucially important to the top sportsmen they guide, they are also a source of inspiration to all who want to aim higher.
It’s from these successes that grew the idea to use top coaches’ inspirational stories as a trigger to widen coaching paths for employees in a professional context. “The link between sports and corporate life has been made before but with Acerta we want to take it a step further rather than simply pointing out the parallels between both worlds,” suggests Geert Volders, general director Acerta Consult, “When we started our advertising campaign with Tia Hellebaut last year, the parallels between Wim Vandeven’s approach to coaching and our own turned out to be so great in number that we published a book by Wim Vandeven and BCT management coach Jan Mouton. Together with the stories of some of today’s most successful coaches, Golazo now offers us the opportunity of highlighting a wide spectrum of coaching tracks using current theme’s like how to deal with change, focus on results…”
