That is why Acerta has developed e-Salsa, a user friendly software platform. e-Salsa combines a continuously updated pay administration system with modules for the most diverse aspects of personnel management: employee information, recruitment & selection, training, competence management, education & development, management of company material ‘on-loan’. Microsoft Dynamics Axapta is the supporting software.
Via the Employee Self Service module, your employees can log expenses, enter holiday requests and have them approved by their managers. This way, your personnel department saves time, while the administrative burden is reduced and there is less room for error.
You can access the platform via a secured internet connection or via a portal site. All internal users can enter, consult and update information using the familiar Windows interface, in accordance with the defined user rights. Acerta keeps the user module software up to date, and if required, you can integrate the software with your own ERP package.
e-Salsa consists of several modules. The modular set-up allows you to get acquainted with and implement the software programme step by step. Acerta offers three packages:
- An entry package, for automating pay management
- A second package, with limited Employee Self Service functionality
- A third level, with extensive Employee Self Service functionality (including surveys, performance management and KPIs).
