For the smooth generation of day rate dossiers

Subsidised by the Vlaams Fonds (Flemish Fund), Acerta has developed Aida specifically for organisations in the disability care sector. Aida is an internet application for the generation of the day rate dossier and the dossier on ‘protected residency’.

Acerta helps you to import seamlessly payroll calculations performed by Acerta Sociaal Secretariaat into your system. This facilitates the automatic comparison of your calculations with Acerta’s. Any discrepancies are immediately reported through the system. Aida also carries out additional checks such as the verification of department and function codes. That in itself is already a significant time-saver. Additionally, Aida lets you merge or split contract lines according to individual functions, across various departments or financial resources (day rate, ‘Sociale Maribel’, own resources, etc.) and allocate specific information to the appropriate contract lines (e.g. salary supplement). Information not included in the day rate is also visualised. This saves you time during day rate calculations and ensures you can effortlessly meet your submission deadlines. Your employees’ workload is considerably lowered by minimising error probability and hence the time spent on the follow-up of miscalculations is reduced.

Aida is much more than an administrative tool. It also provides easy access to frequently used standard reports (list of demanding professions, overview of salary supplements, etc.). Intermediate reports also help you with manpower planning and provide you with a correct and complete overview of the margin you have to attract extra staff or substitute employees on sick leave.
